Lots of staff to help you. The owner is a friendly guy. They have tons of selection (the owner said over 600 different dresses!). Unlike other stores they had several sizes of the high-end dress we were buying - so it was quick and easy to get the right dress in the right size. And that's not even mentioning the terrific value the dresses are here! 5 stars all the way.

I absolutely love this location! They are the nicest most amazing people with phenomonal customer service. They are honest and will not sell you something for the sake of selling! I have been buying all my evening gowns from here for almost 9 years now. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality that you are receiving. I am never dissapointed with the service or the product. I definitely recommend Monique's to everyone ONLY if you want to be drop dead gorgeous! Mediocre isnt sold here.

I’ve never been the person to write reviews on google but I received amazing customer service! They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.. Thank you so much with helping me find the perfect dress for aunts wedding in a timely manner. Recommended.

I was at Bramely City Center location for my daughter graduation dress: Excellent customer service and amazing selection.The sales lady was beautiful, tall with long dark hair and she was extremely patient and helpful. Thanks!!!!

i was at the bcc location today. the customer service was great. i was helped to find exactly what i was looking for. i needed a dress for a masquerade party and i am more than happy with the dress i got. i will definitely be shopping here again. thank you to the staff at Monique`s.

I have been to many of the Monique locations but Bramlea has the best customer service ever!!!! They treat their customers with such respect and make you feel so special. Please visit this location they are excellent!! Tara,Mina and Freeda, Khatera You guys are the Best!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service (Rhalie) Great selection to choose from. My mother is from the Cayman Island and every time she is here I have to take her to Monique's. She end joys the music and the friendly atmosphere Prices or reasonable always.. Keep up the good service guys.. (For next December make sure you have teal green gowns LOL)

On may 28th i went in to buy a dress at this location for the first time for my cousins wedding and I found it... so much selection to pick from!! The sales lady was tall slim dark haired was so friendly and helpful and I would go back to buy more from this location!!
