14 Nov 2023I purchased a gown from your store 3 years ago for my Godchild’s wedding, it was the talk of the evening. It was stunning. Now my son is getting married in 2024 and I’m heading back to Ontario to show for my dress at Monique’s, I know I will find exactly what I’m looking for👍🏿👍🏿

Had a beautiful experience, excellent customer service,, variety of dresses. They have lehngas as well and price is comparatively low

Back in April I was at my wits end trying to find a dress for my sons wedding. A co-worker told me about Monique in Brampton, Shoppers World. It was quite a distance from my home in Oakville, however I decided to give it a try. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried on many dresses, but none was to be liking, I did not get that"Yes" feeling. The gentleman who I presumed is the owner of the store was also quite helpful, he each dress he was able to take one look at my profile and tell me what size, color etc would be a good fit, however I still did not find what I was looking for. I must say that when I first walked in the store there was a beautiful peach looking ostrich feather dress on display. I asked the price, but I felt as If I was dismissed due to the cost...Anyway, after I was finished trying on all the dresses an still hadn"t found anything I once again turned to the dress that first caught my eyes when I walked in. I got the feeling that because of the price and the delicacy of the dress they would have preferred if I did not try it on, ( or maybe I cld not afford it, this was the only slight negativity to the whole experience, because he once again mentioned the cost) however, I insisted on trying on the dress and O my gosh. That was dress was calling my name. I did not blink once I just knew that was the dress, I bought it,,,and guess what, he also gave me a discount...I wore the dress to my son's wedding a week ago, and it was the talk of the town...I felt like a Princess... Best $$1000.00 plus dress I ever invested in. Wish I cld upload pics for you all. I will def shop at Moniques Shoppers World again..Thnks for the expoerience

Had a great experience, we bought four dresses and was amazed with the selections and sizes. I was very happy to have found a size zero. Recommended!

This location their customer service was great. My daughter and I went to the store and was greeted by a gentleman. We told him what dresses we want and approximate size and while it is busy prom season they had extra staff on hand to assist customers. Within minutes they pulled the dresses we selected and had my daughter in a fitting room trying on dresses. We were not rushed, she even had the opportunity to try on different dresses to see what she liked. The ladies were helpful and gave great advice. They even assisted me in getting a beautiful gown for a wedding I will be attending this weekend. Will definitely patronize the shoppers world location again. Even took my cousin and aunt and they bought dresses there for an upcoming wedding.

Wow, what an amazing place to shop for any occasion. This is the only place I have ever ever shopped for my daughters for weddings, graduation, and party's. Excellent prices and friendly customer service.

This high vaulted ceiling store has rows and rows of dresses to choose from. Brightly lit, there is a spacious area to change and walking around. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have many sizes. The mall closed down for the day and the staff didn't rush us out. They continued to let us try different dresses on. Nice touch!
